Teams will be selected following the practice round on arrival night.

 

​Excluding arrival day, there will be 8 points up for grabs each day. The first team to reach 12.5 points (of the 24 available) wins The Backyard Cup.

 

We will be using match play format, with no strokes given. Team captains will strategically draft, and determine pairings based on the format for each round.

 

Refer to the USGA rules of golf for any disputes with rulings, or the caddies will have the final verdicts. 

 

All shots must be played as it lies, in all areas of the course unless specifically mentioned. ​

 

It is the responsibility of a delegated person from each match to record live scoring into the tournament scoring app for scores to be seen in real time.
